Starled.fr offers delivery of its products in France and throughout the world.
Orders placed on the Starled.fr online shop before 11am (working day) are usually prepared and dispatched the same day.
You will be automatically informed by e-mail or SMS as soon as your parcel is picked up by one of the two shippers chosen at the time of your order, a tracking number which details the routing of your parcel will then be communicated to you, and we will be informed of the good reception of the goods by your care against signature.
If you would like a delivery address other than the one on your account (for a gift, for example), you can specify this when you confirm your order. If there is the slightest delay in preparing your order, stock error or other, you will be informed immediately by e-mail.
We send our parcels via the Colissimo services of the French Post Office with three different formulas:

Starled delivers to the location of your choice and guarantees a quality service.
For products in stock, please allow 24 to 48 hours maximum for order preparation before delivery to partners.
For products that are not in stock, this period can be extended by a further 7 days.
This 48-hour period is calculated on working days, every day of the week except Sundays and public holidays.
- Colissimo home delivery without signature: 48-hour delivery without signature (only available if the parcel is less than 2kg).
- Colissimo my home with signature: delivery to your home with signature within 48 hours.
- By So colissimo mon commerçant : At the nearest retailer of your choice.
If one of the products ordered is not in stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and can then request partial delivery of the order.
The missing products will then be delivered at a later date, at no extra cost. (Only available for orders placed in mainland France).

Overseas zone 1: €14.50 for a 500g parcel
Guadeloupe (including St Barthélémy and St Martin), Martinique, Réunion, French Guiana, Mayotte and St Pierre et Miquelon.
Overseas zone 2: €20.90 for a 500g parcel
New Caledonia and its dependencies, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna Islands and French Southern and Antarctic Territories.
Colissimo my home international :
Zone 1 European Union and Switzerland: €11.50 for a 1kg parcel
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (including San Marino, Vatican City and Liechtenstein).
Delivery time: 4 to 8 working days
Zone 2 Rest of World: €13.50 for a 1kg parcel
Other European countries (excluding the European Union and Switzerland), Africa, America, Asia and Oceania.
