A new range of CERAM LED bulbs equipped with 18 SMD 5630 chip LEDs, the latest generation technology offering a high colour rendering index.
A high-power version of the 5630 LEDs with 0.5 theoretical watts per LED, equipped with 18 LEDs for the equivalent light output of a 75-watt PAR bulb.
This new format of 5630 LEDs does not necessarily mean that you need to achieve a CRI of more than 80Ra - it's certainly higher than that of most older generation LEDs, but without reaching the ideal minimum threshold of 80Ra.
The Korean manufacturer offers several versions of this type of LED, and only the top-of-the-range models provide a good quality colour rendering index, especially for warm white lighting colours.

Stability and durability
CERAM LED bulbs, a ceramic bulb body made from aluminium nitride (AlN) this technical ceramic material is particularly suited to electrical applications.
Excellent electrical insulation, but the main feature of this ceramic/aluminium alloy is its very high thermal conductivity of over 180 W/mK.
The thermal conductivity of standard aluminium is 200 W/mK, but can fall below 140 W/mK if a surface treatment has been applied (painting or anodising).
LED bulbs emit very little heat, unlike halogen bulbs, but can claim a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours, or even more.
This longevity depends on good heat dissipation.
