This 22 mm diameter M12 threaded brass suspension ring is cut from the mass to give an aged look with a ringed finish.
It is tapped M12 at 1mm pitch to allow cables to pass through the electrical tubes for the installation of a light bulb socket, ceiling lantern or rose.
