This GU10 base is fitted with an autogrip connection for LED or halogen bulbs . Simply tin the copper wires and insert them into the side claw connectors.
The GU10 autogrip base is generally used on lamps or luminaires that allow the base to be fixed to the socket.
This is why the cable outlet is positioned on the side.
